"I’m sad there isn’t 100 stars!🌟. Velta has been our agent since she got her license. Which was many years ago. Her continuing education keeps her knowledge level above and beyond! We have endorsement policies that cost under $100.00 a year and cover SO MUCH! We have an Umbrella Liability policy for everything that is insured! So worth it for peace of mind! Without Velta and her crew, we wouldn’t have had our hot water replacement and our pool pump replacement covered! Been with State Farm since 1991!!!"

"From the first time I shared a conversation with Velta, I knew she was the State Farm agent for me! She listened to my concerns, and she reflected what I was saying back to me in a way I knew she understood my needs. It was a seamless transition from my previous insurance agent to Velta—her office handled it all! One of the things I asked for was for someone to sit down with me and explain each aspect of my coverage with me to help me understand the policies as well as identify any possible areas where existing coverage wasn't enough. I had a virtual call with Velta, and she went line-by-line through my policies with me. That one conversation left me feeling more confident than I've ever felt with my insurance coverage. The other thing I asked for was help understanding a specific aspect of my coverage in regards to replacement costs, and Velta's Insurance Account Representative, Brandi, was just as kind and helpful as Velta! In a second virtual call, Brandi walked me through how replacement costs are estimated as well as going through my own personal Estimated Replacement Cost (ERC) and making sure it was up-to-date. Again, I left that conversation more informed and confident in my coverage and knowing what to expect in a variety of scenarios. I highly recommend Velta and her team to anyone seeking a kind, understanding, patient, honest and thorough insurance agent. They held space for me, my experiences, and all of my questions! "We just moved here from out of state and in the midst of a huge life changing move, I realized we needed a new insurance agent for auto and home insurance.
